Pulping PROCESS FROM BAMBOO CHIPS USING TSMP TECHNOLOGY TSMP chemi-mechanical pulping technology is a low energy consumption and new mechanical process which using the TSP machine to realize uniform chemical impregnation pretreatment of the bamboo chips, and adopts the atmospheric pressure HC refiner to make the pulp. Break through the technical bottleneck for uniform impregnation of bamboo chips, and pulping yield ≥80%, compact pulping process and low investment cost. The TSMP chemi-mechanical pulp from bamboo chips can be used to make high strength corrugated medium base paper and boxing paper board, tissue paper, Chinese painting and calligraphy paper as well as pilgrim paper.
