Pre-treatment of biomass USING TSP machine TSP machine is made with two parallel, intermeshing and co-rotating modular screw and specially designed screw elements to apply dynamic compression upon the biomass, to crush the raw materials with kneading action under high pressure and concentration, which can increase the specific surface area between the biomass and the medium to realize homogenization of the pre-treatment as well. The design of modular screw helps to adjust screw parts easily, makes it very flexible for specific requests of pre-treatment with various raw material. TSP machine can be used in biogas production, biomass power generation, brewery industry and silage production.
